3rd Annual Pins for P.I.N.

Join us for the 3rd annual Pins for P.I.N. Charity tournament hosted by Level One Silverball Super League, Level One Bar + Arcade and Rotary Club of Delaware Ohio from the Rotary International.

Starbucks will be sponsoring the tournament with coffee and pastries in the morning. More sponsors will be announced as they come.

Thank you to the consistent efforts of Rita Stevenson for this collaborative effort where we aim to raise money for People In Need, Inc. — a group of people assisting the people of Delaware county. All monies raised and all coin drop will be donated and will be assisting People In Need in providing emergency medical cards and prescription coverage for residents that need assistance.

Rita has requested the format for the main tournament and it will be Matchplay qualifying with a Ladder match final for the top 8 or top 16 depending on the amount of entrants.

Scott Vieth will be running a side arcade tournament. A certain bank of arcade games will be announced once they are decided, each entry buys one try on each machine in the bank. Multiple entries allowed.

Raffles will be going on all day from our various sponsors. $1 per raffle ticket, 6 tickets for $5, or 15 for $10.

A high score tournament will be running all day from noon to 9pm on a selected pinball machine (the newest one available — possibly Elvira), each entry will be good for one attempt. There will be NO FINALS on the high score tournament. All standings are final after the last attempt. Queuing will stop at 9PM.

All pinball tournaments will be IFPA registered.

MAIN TOURNAMENT:
This is a Ladder Match Finals, Match-Play Qualifying tournament, consisting of 6 rounds of Match-Play qualifying. This will be followed by a dinner break and playoffs afterwards. Players will compete in groups of 4 or 3 when necessary on a randomly selected machine. This will repeat for 6 rounds, with a designated number of top qualifiers advancing to the playoffs.

Finals will consist of a Ladder Match style finals with the designated number of qualifiers will play a single game in a group of 4.

11:00AM – Doors open for practice and in person registration
11:00 AM to approx 12PM – Practice and registration
Approx 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM – Final call for registration
12:15PM to 12:25PM – Rules, announcements and group photo
12:30PM – Tournament Begins
Approx 3:30PM – Qualifying ends, 30 minute break after last game/tiebreaker before playoffs
30 Minutes after Qualifying/Tiebreakers – Ladder Match Finals begin

ARCADE side tournament:
Entry Fee: $5
Rules: Each entry will buy you into one try per machine in the bank of machines. Participants may enter multiple times.

HIGH SCORE side tournament:
Entry Fee: $1 + coin drop
Rules: Each entry plus coin drop will buy you one attempt on the machine chosen for a high score. Multiple attempts are allowed.
There are NO FINALS for this high score tournament. Standings are final. Queues are final after 9PM.
